Privacy Statement

The HROC privacy policy is in effect to protect visitors privacy and to fully disclose information gathered.  HROC uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.   Broad demographic data is collected, but no individual information is collected or stored.
This site contains links to other sites; HROC is not responsible for their privacy practices or the content of those sites.

HROC uses email and form submissions, but we do not collect this information in any database or mailing list. We do reserve the right to edit postings and suggestions. Spam and other web based abuses will be reported to the proper internet and/or government authorities.
